Order

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You made a mistake and your order has been validated. Don't delay, send us an e-mail at hello@maisonbroussaud.fr. We will agree together on a cancellation or a return.

What are the turnaround times for my order?

Packages are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays)

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched and you will receive a tracking number in order to be kept informed of the correct delivery of it.

Payment

What are the means of payment?

You can pay for your purchases by 2 means of payment:

  • by credit card (Carte Bleue, VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
  • by PayPal

Is online payment secure?

We are very careful about the security of your data. Payments by credit card are made through the Paypal and Stripe secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network.

In addition, your data is only processed by our banking partners Paypal and Stripe and is never in our possession.

What delivery methods are offered?

We offer 2 delivery methods:

  • Home delivery with Colissimo without signature
  • Delivery to Point Relais with Colissimo Point Relais in mainland France

This choice is offered to you when confirming your order.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, our beautiful socks can be shipped all over the world.

What are the shipping fees ?

Delivery is free from 49€ of purchase in Europe.

  • In Europe: it is invoiced at €7 including tax in the case of home delivery with Colissimo without signature and €5.50 including tax for delivery to a Relay Point.
  • In the rest of the world: €20 including tax for home delivery with Colissimo without signature.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you can return them to us within 14 days. We only accept returns of products that have not been used.

What are the conditions for making a return?

Send us an email at hello@maisonbroussaud.fr specifying the product(s) you wish to return to us as well as your order number. Send us the product(s) concerned, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, to the following address:

Where are your socks made?

Our socks are made in Les Cars, France, in our own factory in the heart of France and meet the most demanding quality criteria.

Maison Broussaud is a family story that has lasted for 3 generations! We have remained faithful to our tradition, while modernizing our company over time. The Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant and Origine France Garantie labels illustrate the quality of our production, which today benefits from the latest technologies in use in the textile industry.

Are Maison Broussaud socks eco-responsible?

Our socks are made in compliance with ethical and environmental values.

The fact of producing in our own factory, in France, allows us to guarantee fair and respectable working conditions but also to considerably reduce our environmental footprint.

We have complete control of our stock, which gives us the possibility of producing in small quantities and on demand. Our raw materials meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 standards.

At Maison Broussaud nothing is thrown away, our sock waste is recycled to reconstitute a new yarn and, subsequently, become new socks.

How do I care for my socks?

In order for your socks to remain soft and comfortable for as long as possible, we advise you to wash them inside out, at a maximum of 30°. And no dryer!
