Delivery and returns
What are the delivery methods and costs?
We offer the following delivery methods: Colissimo home delivery and Colissimo relay point.
In France)
Free shipping from €49.
Below €49 of purchase: €7 including tax in the case of home delivery with Colissimo without signature and €5.50 including tax for delivery to a Relay Point.
In Europe (EU zone)
Free shipping for purchases over €49, below this amount: €7 including tax.
Rest of the world
Colissimo delivery without signature: €20 including tax.
Orders to countries outside the European Union are subject to possible taxes and customs fees in the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Packages are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays)
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped and you will receive a tracking number so that you are kept informed of the correct delivery of your order.
I have changed my mind or the items are not suitable. Can I return my order?
The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the delivery date. The return costs are your responsibility.
Write to us at hello@maisonbroussaud.fr with your order number, to inform us of your withdrawal request. From the delivery date, you have 14 days to return the product to us (shipment date).
How to proceed ?
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. Any product that has been opened or damaged cannot be refunded.
Please include in your package with the product(s) to be returned, the number of the order concerned as well as your first and last name. If this information is missing we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return quickly.
If these conditions are not respected, Maison Broussaud reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for the products concerned.

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used during payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
