Our socks fit correctly. So take your usual size . If you are a size 42.5 and you are hesitating between the 39/42 and the 43/46, take the 43/46 to be more comfortable in your socks.

Did you make a mistake and your order has been validated? Don’t delay, send us an email to hello@maisonbroussaud.fr. We will agree on a cancellation or return together.

To ensure that your socks remain soft and comfortable for as long as possible, we advise you to wash them inside out, at a maximum of 30°. And above all, no tumble dryer!

Our socks are made in compliance with ethical and environmental values.

Producing in our own factory in France allows us to guarantee fair and respectable working conditions but also to considerably reduce our environmental footprint.

We have full control of our stock, which gives us the possibility of producing in small quantities and on demand. Our raw materials meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 standards.

At Maison Broussaud, nothing is thrown away, our sock waste is recycled in order to reconstitute a new yarn and, subsequently, become new socks.

All our socks are made in France, in a small village in Limousin a few kilometers from Limoges, in our own factory to meet the most demanding quality criteria.

Maison Broussaud is a family story that has lasted for 3 generations! We have remained true to our tradition, while modernizing our business over time. The Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant and Origine France Garantie labels illustrate the quality of our production, which today benefits from the latest technologies in use in the textile industry.

If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you can return them to us within 14 days. We only accept returns of products that have not been used. Send us an email to hello@maisonbroussaud.fr specifying the product(s) you wish to return to us as well as your order number. Return the products concerned to us, in perfect condition and in their original packaging to the following address: Maison Broussaud 1 rue Prieuré 87230 Les Cars. Return costs are your responsibility.

Delivery is free from 49€ of purchase in Europe.

  • In Europe: it is charged €7 including tax in the case of home delivery with Colissimo without signature and €5.50 including tax for delivery to a Relay Point.
  • In the rest of the world: €20 including tax for home delivery with Colissimo without signature.
Yes, our socks can be shipped anywhere in the world.

We offer 2 delivery methods:

  • Home delivery with Colissimo without signature
  • Delivery to a Relay Point with Colissimo (Relay Point in mainland France)

This choice is offered to you when you validate your order.

You can pay for your purchases by 2 payment methods: by bank card (Carte Bleue, VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or by Paypal.

We are very vigilant regarding the security of your data. Payments by credit card are made through the secure Paypal and Stripe system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.

In addition, your data is only processed by our banking partners Paypal and Stripe and is never in our possession.

To place an order, it's very simple! Register or log in to your Maison Broussaud personal account via the “Login” button at the top right of the screen. Then choose the pair of your choice in “All shoes” or via the subcategories, then click on “Add to cart”. When your items are all in the basket, let yourself be guided through the purchasing process by clicking on the “Order” button.

Packages are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped and you will receive a tracking number so that you are kept informed of the correct delivery of your order.
